Information of Room Reservation

I reserve rooms only, if a deposit in amount of a monthly rental is paid in advance. This is necessary, because some people reserved rooms and not come to check in.

It‘s possible to make an payment to my German bank account. After receiving the payment you‘ll receive a conformation by email.

I only accept room reservations from 3 weeks up.

It‘s impossible for me to answer of room available inquiries. What you can do is, call me 1 or 2 days before you travel and ask me, a room is available or not. Of course reserved room in advance (as above) is free in time of your stay.

Here some answers of often asked questions:

I don‘t have a hotel, I rent out furnished and unfurnished apartments (rooms) only.

The apartment house has no restaurant, no swimming-pool, no safety box in the rooms and because of the central location no sea view.
But otherwise you can stay in my apartments very reasonable, prices start with 2500 Baht (about 50 Euro) monthly.

For similar equiped hotel rooms in Pattaya, you pay about 800 Baht up per day. Rooms with swimming pool, sea view etc. much more expensive.
